Gusto ko lang i-share na until now, client ko pa rin yung pinakauna kong client after ko mag-enroll sa VA SMM course mo here sa AVAPH. Ang saya-saya ko talaga…ang sarap pala maging VA haha!
Hanggang ngayon, $7 per hour pa rin ang base rate ko with unlimited hours sa Upwork, plus may commission pa ako sa sales. Consistent ang kita ko ng at least ₱90k kada buwan, pero madalas lampas pa d’yan. Ang pinaka nakakatuwa? Hindi ako umuubos ng 40 hours per week at may weekends off pa ako!
Sa base pay ko na nasa ₱40k+, may bonus pa akong ₱210k last month. At this month, inaasahan ko na nasa ₱300k ulit ang bonus mula sa same client.
Grabeeeee, 'di ko makakalimutan yung 5-day live training na ₱1k lang—sulit na sulit ayyy! Isa sa pinakaunang natutunan ko ay kung paano i-optimize ang profile ko, lalo na sa Upwork. Ginawa ko ‘yun, and that’s how I landed my first client!
